After operating Positive Psychology Melbourne for six years, I realised that re-branding the name in order to better reflect my services – relationship counseling – was in order. I am, however, still committed to the strengths-based approach of Positive Psychology.
Regrettably, many people confuse the term ‘positive psychology’ with positive thinking. This is an injustice to this new and exciting branch of psychology. You may want to read my blog on the differences between positive psychology and positive thinking.
